Your Office Feng Shui is Currently Reading Effed

This is what they do not teach you in Business School.

I’m looking at 435 University and it’s just a turnstile of tenants.

It’s feng shui is currently reading “effed”.

So is 242 Hamilton. Similar to a block of cubicles, there are good spots and bad spots.

Employees that sit in bad spots have a high likelihood of turnover.

Let’s play a game.

Before you accept a job offer, make sure you negotiate where your cubicle points. Back to the door, ass crappy Feng Shui’d cubicle and you just as well juxtapose your marquee engineering degree for an Econ Bachelor of Arts.
